Meet Me in the Middle is built to need as little of your information as possible.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. The app does not require an account, a login, or your name. The two cities, dates, budget and preferences you enter are sent to our recommendation service to compute results and are not stored on a server or tied to any identity.

On your device

Trips you save and your settings are stored locally on your device only. Deleting the app removes them.

Sharing a trip

A share link encodes the trip details inside the link itself (city names, coordinates, dates, budget, preferences, the chosen destination). It contains no name or identity and creates no server record. Anyone with the link can open and re-score that trip.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple and by our payments provider, RevenueCat, to verify your subscription status. We receive an anonymous subscriber identifier and your entitlement status. We do not receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.

Third parties

Destination photos on some screens are loaded from Unsplash. No analytics or advertising SDKs track you inside the app.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
